我校目前在读的硕士与博士留学生183名，留学生已经成为我校研究生队伍的重要力量，同时留学生培养也是我校创新人才培养的重要工作之一。为了进一步培养留学生拥有良好的学习与研究方法及习惯，提升留学生的科研创新能力，营造良好的学术氛围，国际教育学院、研究生院和国际交流合作处特举办“Open Your Mind”硕博留学生学术创新能力提升系列活动，邀请校内外专家从文献检索与阅读，实验设计、论文写作等各个方面展开培训，同时开展有利于学生活动交流的学术沙龙。
本活动分为两个部分，第一部分是“留学生科研能力系列培训”活动，第二个部分是“博士留学生学术沙龙”。
一、“留学生科研能力系列培训”活动
邀请校内外专家开展针对科研过程所需要的基本技能与学术能力进行培训。本学期计划开展五期左右系列培训活动，内容涵盖：
1. 科研文献检索方法及校内学术文献资源的使用
2. 分析测试方法及校内公共测试平台的使用
3. 实验设计与数据分析方法
4. 学术论文撰写方法与投稿技巧
5. 研究生毕业要求与程序制度解读
二、“博士留学生学术沙龙”
邀请所有在读博士留学生每一个月左右组织一期“博士留学生学术沙龙”，每次学术沙龙安排3-5名博士留学生做研究进展报告，并安排2个留学生导师代表现场点评与指导。本活动旨在促进留学生之间的互动交流，营造良好的学术氛围，激励留学生科研兴趣。

At present, our university have studying Master and Ph.D students in total of 183. International student already become an important power of graduate students in our university. At the meantime, student cultivation is also one of the important work of innovative talent training. In order to further cultivate students with good learning and research methods, improve students scientific research and innovation ability, create a good academic atmosphere, School of international education, Graduate School and International exchange and cooperation office is organizing the “Open Your Mind” Ph.D and Master International Student Academic Innovation Ability Promotion Activities, invited experts from the literature search and reading, experimental design, thesis writing and other aspects to expand training and carry out the exchange of student activities in the academic salon.
This activity is divided into two parts, the first part is " International students scientific research ability training series ", the second part is “Ph.D student academic salon".
Ⅰ International students scientific research ability training series
Invite the experts to conduct the training of the basic skills and academic ability in the process of scientific research. This semester plans to carry out five series of training activities, covering：
1. Scientific research literature search method and the use of academic literature resources
2. Analysis and test methods and the use of the public testing platform
3. Experimental design and data ****ysis method
4. Academic paper writing methods and submission skills
5. Graduate requirements and procedures system interpretation
Ⅱ Ph.D student academic salon
Invites all PhD students every month to organize a "PhD Students Academic Salon, each Academic Salon arrange 3-5 International Ph.D students do research progress report, also arrange 2 student adviser representatives on-site review and guidance. This activity aims to promote the interaction between international students, create a good academic atmosphere and motivate students scientific research interest.
