报告人简介：Willem De Vos, 化工与高分子工程领域的泰斗，在化工及高分子行业享有盛誉。毕业于比利时根特大学， 同时拥有比利时弗拉瑞克管理学院高级工商管理硕士学位。 1996年，他进入世界领先的聚氨酯制造企业瑞克塞尔公司，并担任汽车材料部的销售经理。 2004年，他被任命为瑞克塞尔内务部的业务总监， 之后创办了瑞克塞尔在中国的第一家工厂。2008年，加入维塔罗-----全球领先的塑料包装及热固性塑料零件供应商，担任副总裁，2009年十月出任维塔罗公司CEO.自2012年至今担任美国塑料工程师学会CEO，并在伦敦商学院担任资深项目主管。
