北京化工大学于2009年11月与爱尔兰国立都柏林大学（University College Dublin， UCD）签订了校际友好协议。爱尔兰国立都柏林大学（UCD）是爱尔兰规模最大的国立大学。在2009年泰晤士报的世界大学排名为89。

国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）与爱尔兰都柏林大学（UCD）联合设立的资助的中国学生在UCD完成博士生学习的奖学金项目见下面项目说明。请2010年9月有意赴该大学攻读博士研究生的我校本科或硕士学生详读项目介绍。最好的方法是先与UCD的教授联系，寻找好导师后再在UCD网上申请获得UCD正式录取通知书的成功率更大，联系时要与UCD教授说明是申请UCD CSC Scholarship Scheme 2010项目。

This scholarship programme can only be applied to via the online application system www.ucd.ie/apply

The deadline for the submission of application is the 23rd January 2010

Applications that are late or incomplete will automatically be disqualified

The application will be assessed by the UCD Assessment Committee, and offers will be issued before 20 Feb. 2010
